Hi, I’m Jen.

I help people reconnect with their bodies, clear what’s weighing them down, and step into the version of themselves that feels strong, present, and alive.

This work isn’t something I studied in a classroom—it’s something that’s always been a part of me. Every time I sit with a client, I’m reminded how powerful it is to watch someone release what’s been stuck and feel themselves come back online.

I know what it’s like to carry energy that isn’t yours. To feel like healing is just out of reach. To second-guess your own intuition. That’s why I do this work—because it doesn’t have to be that way.

When we work together, I don’t “fix” you. I guide you through a process that helps your body remember how to heal itself. The shifts are real, often immediate, and they last.
