How Can I Prepare To Receive Healing?
To prepare for the highest healing transmissions to take place, it is recommended to limit caffeine and other stimulants including drugs and alcohol. We recommend you be in a quiet and calm place where you can fully relax to receive the best healing benefits. Some clients report they felt more "shifts" within their body when they had a light meal beforehand. It's encouraged to keep an open mind and simply enjoy the channeled healing transmissions coming through unique to you.
What Do Healing Transmissions Feel Like?
During channeled healing sessions many clients report feeling a cool or warm sensation in and around different places in their body. Sometimes they feel touching on their face and shoulders or as if their spirit doctors placed their "healing hands" upon them. During 1:1 sessions, I will be able to see this when it occurs. Clients often report experiencing full stress release as if weight has been lifted off their body, breathing becomes easier, and their symptoms of pain, anxiety, trauma and more begin to dissolve immediately.
What Do I Expect Afterwards?
Many clients report feeling very tired after receiving healing transmissions. Some clients report back to me explaining they slept 16+ hours afterwards. Many clients report the opposite, and have more energy than they know what to do with. It's always encouraged to drink plenty of water, listen to your body and rest as needed.
Please drink your water! Energy is powerful, and as we are neutralizing and dissolving unwanted energy, you will want to flush your system from toxins. It's similar to a deep tissue massage, and if you don't take care of yourself after healing, you may have sore muscles etc. Some clients report painless bruising on their hands or feet. This is not uncommon, as we are shifting the unwanted energy from the cell. I also encourage eating light, healthy meals for 3 days following your healing.
